The staff is friendly and amicable. the hotel is located in a nice property in Pudong district, just next door to an MRT station in a nice location in an alleyway. We have stayed there before and would stay again because of their service.

they gave us a spotlessly clean room with much thermostat, large size bed. the food was fine with good choice of choice! magnificent location of the hotel near the airport. the staff was excellent and helpful and responsive to what we asked for.

Its location was excellent, in an alleyway. Besides, it was close to the train station, the airport and Shanghai.

Their staff were not that friendly.

Convenient Location 📍 This place is situated in a nice building tucked away in a quiet alley. Not only is it close to the train station, but it's also easily accessible by public transport.

Was a comfortable place for trip. Booked double room, that included an electronic key card, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. The staff team was very pleasant and excellent at any time. The breakfast had lots of food and it was great.

The twin room here was surprisingly spacious, had a big comfy bed, and even came with coffee/tea makers and glassware. 🛏️ Plus, the location being so close to the airport made it super convenient for us.

The hard-working and helpful staff made our stay with our two young children quite comfortable, and we would choose to stay here again in the future.

The rooms at Shanghai Lin Yin Holiday Hotel are cozy and comfortable. I loved the seating area and the flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. The private bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. Plus, the air conditioning kept the room cool during the hot summer days.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the electric kettle in the double room. But hey, that's just me!

I chose Lin Yin Holiday Hotel specifically for its proximity to Chuansha Ancient City Wall, a landmark I had been eager to visit. However, what pleasantly surprised me was the hotel's free 24-hour shuttle service, which made commuting to and from the attraction extremely convenient. Additionally, I really enjoyed the buffet breakfasts at the hotel's restaurant, which were available daily from 6:30 AM.

Don't book for overseas travelers.

The rooms here are extremely clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need, while the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly.

I always come back to my favorite hotel. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, valet parking, 24-hour reception, and a lovely outdoor dining area. The staff even helped me find my lost car keys! Can't wait to stay there again for the New Year!
